User Agreement

Before you can view and download the complete Global Simulation Workshop game rules, you must agree to the following terms and conditions.

This license agreement governs The Complete Rules to the Global Simulation Workshop ("GAME RULES"). By selecting "I agree" on the bottom of this page and downloading the .pdf file for the GAME RULES, you enter into the terms of this binding contract between you (or your institution), and o.s.Earth, Inc ("o.s.EARTH"). If you do not agree with the terms of this license, please select "I disagree" below and you will be directed to the o.s.EARTH homepage. .

Grant of License: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, o.s.EARTH hereby grants you a limited, nonexclusive license to review and distribute copies of GAME RULES to participants, faculty chaperones, and supervisors of the scheduled Global Simulation Workshop "GSW") at your institution, in a period of 30 days prior to the scheduled GSW.

Limitations: The content of GAME RULES is licensed, not sold, to you. You must retain all copyright and related notices of o.s.EARTH’s ownership and other rights in the content provided. You may use these files only as supplemental information designed to facilitate the scheduled GSW at your institution.

You may not: (a) modify, translate, or reproduce the content of GAME RULES; (b) sell or redistribute this content; (c) sublicense, rent, lend, transfer, post, transmit, or otherwise make the content available to anyone not directly involved as a participant, chaperone, or supervisor in the scheduled GSW at your institution; (d) copy or distribute the content of GAME RULES to anyone after the scheduled GSW takes place, without express and written permission from o.s.EARTH or without booking another GSW; (e). make copies, either digital or printed, of the content for the purpose of re-licensing or reselling the content or for any other purpose except those expressly permitted by o.s.EARTH in this Agreement.

By selecting "I agree" below, you further agree that the Global Simulation Workshop, as described in the GAME RULES, is the intellectual property of o.s.Earth. Its content, structure, or basic game dynamic may not be reproduced in a group event by non-o.s.EARTH personnel without o.s.EARTH's express and written permission.

Trademarks: You acknowledge that o.s.EARTH, the Global Simulation Workshop, and related logos and designs, are trademarks of o.s.EARTH and that no rights in such trademarks are granted to you by this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability: O.S.EARTH OFFERS THE GAME RULES UNDER THE UNDERSTANDING THAT ALL INFORMATION ABOUT THE GSW IS SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS AND HOSTS OF A SCHEDULED GSW ONLY. IN NO EVENT WILL O.S.EARTH BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING SPECIAL, INVIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT OR INDIRECT COSTS, DAMAGES, OR INJURIES ARISING FROM USE OF THIS MATERIAL, HOWEVER CAUSED ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY EVEN IF O.S.EARTH HAS BEEN ADVISED OR GIVEN NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE USE OF THE CONTENT IS ASSUMED BY THE USER.

Disclaimer of Warranty: TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW ALL CONTENT OFFERED HEREIN ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND BY EITHER O.S.EARTH OR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION OR DELIVERY OF SUCH CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO COVENANTS, WARRANTIES OR INDEMNITIES OF ANY KIND ARE GRANTED BY O.S.EARTH TO THE USER.
