Audio-Visual Requirements

To ensure consistent Workshop quality, o.s.Earth requests the following AV equipment to be used for a Single-World Workshop:

Laptop-compatible projector, minimum of 1,800 lumens, with SVGA or VGA cable

Projector screen, minimum 5' x 7'

2 speakers suitable for venue, with cables/adapters for connecting to a laptop's 1/8" stereo headphone jack (Sound system must allow music/voice to be heard over generally talking.)

Wired microphone

Double-World Workshops may require additional equipment. All equipment should be either located in, or easily relocatable to, the venue in which the Simulation will take place. The AV equipment should be set-up and accessible prior to facilitator arrival.
