Price Information - Student Games

Whether your event is big or small, o.s.Earth can tailor its program to your needs.

The host must provide a suitable venue for the Global Simulation Workshop. Conference rooms, auditoriums, empty cafeterias, gymnasiums or comparable spaces are all appropriate. Hotel facilities are also recommended. (The host is responsible for all additional fees associated with the selected venue.)

The host must provide audio-visual equipment for use during the event unless other arrangements are made with o.s.Earth at the time of booking.

Please use the "Book a Workshop" button at right to request a quote. Prices begin at $5,500 (effective 4/1/2008). Fees quoted are all-inclusive: facilitator travel and lodging, shipping, equipment and miscellaneous expenses are at no additional charge.

Single-World Workshop
Number of Participants: 20 - 100
Minimum Venue Size: 40' x 60'
Duration: 3 hours (includes multi-media presentation, game-play, and post-game debriefing.)

Double-World Workshop - Two 'Single-Worlds' are played simultaneously in the same venue with comparative stats and shared debriefing discussion.
Number of Participants: 40 - 200 (Recommended min = 120)
Minimum Venue Size: 50' x 80'
Duration: 3.5 hours (includes multi-media presentation, game-play, and post-game debriefing with both worlds)

Additional Players/Games
The Global Simulation Workshop can accommodate up to 600 players simultaneously. Additional Single-World and Double-World workshops can be added on consecutive days in the same venue at a discounted price. Please indicate your special requests on the Booking form to receive your individualized price quote.
