Clean-up, Storage, etc...
Cleanup usually takes 1 - 1.5 hours, and significantly less if you can provide a few assistants after the game to help the facilitator break down the equipment and put the room back in order. Please have 3-4 large trash cans in the room after the Workshop.
After the Workshop, the facilitator is responsible for making sure that the equipment and game material we brought are back in their cases, affixed with a FedEx airbill, and ready to be shipped back to o.s.Earth. He or she is also responsible for arranging for a FedEx pickup. If the FedEx pickup cannot occur on the day of the Workshop, the cases need to be stored in a secure location until they can be picked up. Often, this location is the shipping department or the custodian's closet in the building of the venue space. Make sure you have arranged for the storage of the equipment with the building maintenance staff and/or the shipping department of your institution.
