Reserving A Date
Once you have decided to host a Global Simulation Workshop, you should contact our office, via email or telephone, to discuss available dates. We typically request atleast 90 days to successfully book and coordinate a workshop.
Our Workshop Coordinators will then prepare for you a "Presentation Agreement" and an invoice for a deposit amount. These documents can be sent via email, fax or by postal mail-- whichever your preference. You will have up to 45 days to review the contract and to return it with the deposit amount. Once the contract and the down payment are received, the date will be permanently reserved.
