AV Equipment Discount
o.s.Earth offers a discount for clients who are able to provide their own AV equipment for use during the Workshop. The value of the AV Equipment Discount is dependant on client proximity to o.s.Earth offices in New Haven, CT.

To ensure consistent Workshop quality, o.s.Earth requests the following AV equipment to be used:

  • Laptop-compatible projector with a minimum of 1,800 ANSI lumens
  • Projector screen at least 5' x 7' large
  • 2 laptop-compatible large speakers normally used for presentations and lectures
  • Wired microphone
    • All equipment should be either located in, or easily relocatable to, the venue in which the Simulation will take place. The AV equipment should be set-up and accessible prior to facilitator arrival.

    Don't have all the necessary AV equipment? You may still qualify for a partial discount if you can provide some of the AV equipment listed above. Please contact o.s.Earth for more information.

    Discount Dates
    Discount dates come up sporadically and with very little notice. Basically, they depend on whether we are already coming to the general area for a workshop. Please contact us to learn if any discount dates are currently available for your area.
