International Workshops
Workshop pricing for international clients is the same in most cases as domestic clients. However, due to customs regulations, o.s.Earth is not able to ship its own AV equipment for Global Simulation Workshop outside of the United States. International hosts must provide their own AV equipment for use during the Workshop. o.s.Earth will ship all other necessary game materials.
To ensure consistent Workshop quality, o.s.Earth requires the following AV equipment to be used during the Workshop:
Laptop-compatible projector with a minimum of 1,800 ANSI lumens. Large projector screen at least 5' x 7' large. 2 laptop-compatible large speakers normally used for presentations and lectures. Wired microphone.
All equipment should be either located in, or easily relocatable to, the venue in which the Simulation will take place. The AV equipment should be set-up and accessible prior to facilitator arrival.
All payments must be in U.S. currency.
At the moment, the Workshop is only available in English. We plan to make the Workshop available in other languages in the future. Please contact us if you would like to be updated on our progress.
